Job Title: IT Procurement Analyst (SAP SRM)

Location: Harrisburg, PA

Duration: 5+ Months

 

Note: This position is currently remote but may transition to a hybrid work model. Only candidates located in Pennsylvania or within a 1.5-hour commuting distance will be considered.

 

 Job Description – Procurement / SAP SRM Analyst

 

This role supports IT procurement activities using SAP SRM, the client vendor portal, and internal SharePoint systems. The resource will work closely with IT procurement teams, contracts and purchasing teams, and external vendors to support staff augmentation and purchasing processes.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Manage the end-to-end staff augmentation requisition process, including coordination with internal stakeholders

·       Submit staff augmentation requisitions to external vendors

·       Create and maintain shopping carts and purchase orders in SAP SRM

·       Process purchase order changes, goods receipts, and change orders in SAP SRM

·       Review and validate monthly invoices related to staff augmentation

·       Support IT team members with procurement-related requests as needed

·       Review and maintain IT dashboards to ensure data accuracy

·       Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders

·       Work independently while following all applicable policies, standards, and procedures

·       Use required systems and tools to complete assigned tasks

·       Perform additional duties as assigned

 

Minimum Experience

·       2+ years of experience in SAP SRM functions - Display, Shop, Receiving

·       Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

 

Preferred Skills and Expertise

·       Strong attention to detail

·       Analytical Thinking

·       Good communication skills (verbal and written) 

·       Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
