As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will be part of a team supporting and expanding our global group of sales, service & marketing cloud users. You'll have opportunity to work directly with our users in an agile method to run scrum calls, understand & document their requirements in user stories, leveraging your knowledge of salesforce capabilities and influence common solutions across our user groups. You'll have an opportunity to grow your technical skills & experience as we continue to expand the salesforce solutions already deployed and yet to come. The scope of this role is not primarily a salesforce developer though we do value and utilize those skills.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.
*This position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role.

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. What YOU will do:
- Leverage your technical skills to design & configure solutions to meet customer enhancement requirement
- Leverage your extensive experience with salesforce flow to create and update complex logic to meet user requirements.
- Grow into a Functional Lead role, leading story grooming calls with customers, documenting requirements in stories in an agile environment
- You will develop leadership skills through critical decision-making roles on Salesforce implementations and support.
- You will collaborate with your colleagues and customers to achieve our strategic vision of "One Collins" CRM while enabling you to grow professionally.
- You will help expand our Salesforce solution landscape, including new clouds (Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and enterprise integrations.

Skills YOU Must Have:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
- Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience.
- Salesforce Administrator Certified (must be verified).
- Excellent skills communicating with customers with an analytical mind set leading grooming calls to document customer requirements
- Demonstrated experience configuring complex solutions in Salesforce including complex flow development
- Hands-on experience on configuration of platform features including user management, profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, territories, custom objects, new page layouts, custom fields, formula fields, validations, workflows rules, email templates, flows, lightning pages, managed packages, approval processes etc.
- Experience configuring complex security requirements leveraging profiles, permission sets, public groups and sharing settings.
- Experience configuring Sales and Service Cloud.
Skills We Value:
- Understanding of the system development life cycle; software project management approaches; and requirements, design, and test techniques.
- Experience working projects through an agile development methodology
- Knowledge of Salesforce Platform best practices, conducting code reviews, design guidelines and governor limits.
- Advanced Admin certification
- Advanced understanding of the principles of DevOps, cloud, system security, and/or data modeling.
- Demonstrated continuous learning of the salesforce platform
- Platform Developer I certification a plus.
