Akkodis is seeking a Varicent Developer for a Contract job with a client in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Varicent software, including Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools. This role involves configuring incentive compensation plans, developing ETL processes, and creating dynamic dashboards and reports.
Rate Range: $41.67/hour to $56.82/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Varicent Developer job responsibilities include:
- Translate business requirements into functional Varicent models, including data models, workflows, calculations, and reports.
- Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within the Varicent platform.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Create and publish dynamic dashboards and reports for commission insights and performance tracking.
- Resolve technical issues, provide user support, and participate in system upgrades and enhancements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including configuration guides and data flow diagrams.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Varicent software (Composer, Reports Studio, Web Admin).
- Experience in incentive compensation modeling and configuration.
- Proficiency in ETL development and data pipeline management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
