Job Description
BSA with Zuora
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, with at least 3+ years in payments and subscription billing
- Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, and Revenue modules
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, transaction flows, and reconciliation processes
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM integrations (Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or similar
