Description
Under the supervision of the Compliance Manager, the Disclosure Desk Specialist - Disposition Reviewer essential responsibilities include;
Review expired loans, run DU/LP/AUS, add and review conditions
Review disposition requests to confirm accurate and valid disposition reasonings and send out the disposition letter to the borrower(s)
Monitor pipeline daily to ensure disposition letters are distributed to members within regulated timeframes
Deliver mortgage loan disclosures in a secure manner to comply with IT security policy
Review additional pipelines to confirm accurate delivery dates and valid information
Assist the HMDA department in identifying potential inaccuracies in the HDMA data
Comply with Regulations and other duties as assigned

College degree or equivalent
3+ Year Mortgage Banking Experience
1 Year in a Compliance or HMDA Integrity Role
Experience with Microsoft Office & Encompass
Ability to work independently
Experience with HMDA Filing and/or Mortgage Regulatory Reporting Helpful.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
