Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Senior Consultant to oversee and drive key initiatives related to mergers and acquisitions (M& A). This long-term contract position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, ensuring successful integration and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage technology-focused projects related to M& A activities, ensuring seamless integration into organizational frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with business objectives.
Utilize tools such as Atlassian Jira to track project progress, identify risks, and implement solutions.
Oversee budget planning and resource allocation to optimize project efficiency and results.
Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline workflows and enhance team collaboration.
Coordinate change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions during project execution.
Monitor and report on project performance, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive project success.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry best practices throughout project lifecycles.
Leverage expertise in CRM, ERP, and cloud technologies to support project goals.
Requirements
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Technology Project Management, with a focus on M& A projects.
Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, and cloud technologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
Experience with Cisco technologies and change management processes.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Certification in project management methodologies (e.g., PMP or similar) is preferred.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
