<>Position Summary</>

We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in Apex coding, solution architecture, team mentoring, and system integrations, with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).


Key Responsibilities

<>Architecture & Solutioning</>
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements.

  • Lead solution workshops and translate functional needs into detailed technical designs.

  • Develop architecture blueprints, data models, and integration strategies.

<>Development & Technical Leadership</>
  • Write and review high-quality Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and triggers.

  • Guide development teams on implementation, ensuring adherence to best practices.

  • Own end-to-end technical delivery, maintaining compliance with Salesforce standards.

<>Integration Expertise</>
  • Design and implement robust integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware (e.g., Mulesoft), and platform events.

  • Troubleshoot, optimize, and ensure performance and reliability of integrations.

  • Establish secure and scalable integration patterns across the enterprise.

<>Estimation & Planning</>
  • Provide accurate effort estimations for development and integration tasks.

  • Collaborate with project managers and business analysts for sprint planning and release management.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

<>Team Enablement & Mentorship</>
  • Mentor developers and junior architects to build strong technical capabilities.

  • Conduct code reviews, design walkthroughs, and training sessions.

  • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.

<>Platform Expertise</>
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud: Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and Entitlements.

  • Experience with Field Service Lightning (FSL): Work Orders, Service Appointments, Scheduling, and Mobile Flows.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 8+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3+ years in architecture roles.

  • Strong hands-on skills in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing external system integrations.

  • Expertise in Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning (FSL).

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Certifications: Application Architect, System Architect, Service Cloud Consultant, FSL Consultant.

  • Experience with integration platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.

  • Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).

  • Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset) and CI/CD practices.
