Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with Workday reporting tools and functionality
- Expert-level knowledge of Workday Report Writer, Advanced Report Writer, and Custom Report Fields
- Strong understanding of Workday security framework and how it impacts reporting
- Experience with Workday Calculated Fields, Business Objects, and composite reporting
- Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
- Previous experience leading reporting initiatives in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices
