Job Description

  • Application Support Engineer with exposure in AWS, Java API, Snowflake, Informatica, Javascript and Python.
  • In this role, you will interface with technical and business stakeholders on incident management, apply your technical proficiency for triaging the issues and engaging the applicable internal and external Managers, Application owners, Support Analysts, Infrastructure Team, Developers, and technology specialists for issue resolution.
  • Restore a normal service operation as quickly as possible and to minimize the impact on business operations.
  • Coordinate all activities required to lead incident triage in compliance with SLAs and OLAs.
  • Facilitate the outage calls and ensure that all the required resources are engaged to work a Major Incident.
  • Preparing internal reports on Major incidents and leading their review with Executive Management.
  • Building tools, processes and team capabilities for incident triage and management.
  • SLA & KPI reporting.
