Job Title: Data Warehouse Consultant (Informatica/TIBCO)
Location: Charlotte, NC - Onsite
Job Type: [Contract / 6+ months]

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Data Warehouse Consultant with expertise in Informatica PowerCenter and TIBCO technologies. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise data integration solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data strategies, ETL workflows, and data governance best practices that support business intelligence and analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter.

  • Integrate systems using TIBCO middleware and support messaging/data exchange between enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather data requirements.

  • Build and optimize data warehouse solutions for analytics and reporting.

  • Perform data quality checks, root cause analysis, and resolution of data issues.

  • Maintain technical documentation, including data mappings, architecture diagrams, and process flows.

  • Implement best practices for data integration, transformation, and governance.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Participate in agile development and deployment processes (e.g., sprints, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in ETL development using Informatica PowerCenter.

  • 2+ years of experience with TIBCO (e.g., TIBCO BW, EMS, or BusinessWorks).

  • Strong experience in data warehousing concepts, star/snowflake schema, and dimensional modeling.

  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata).

  • Familiarity with job scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Autosys) is a plus.

  • Experience with data governance and data quality tools is desirable.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
