Duration: 6 months contract

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a consultant to help scale and amplify our growth marketing programs with a focus on webinars, live streams, and other event-driven campaigns.
  • This role will translate in-person and virtual event experiences into scalable marketing initiatives across email, web, and social channels.
  • The ideal candidate is a seasoned growth marketer with deep email expertise and strong familiarity with digital event activation.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive registrations, engagement, and adoption.
  • Manage webinars, live streams, and digital event activations (setup, publishing, campaign amplification).
  • Translate event content into scalable multi-channel campaigns (email, social, web).
  • Collaborate with video production and events teams to publish and promote content on digital platforms.
  • Develop post-event nurture campaigns and sales enablement assets (e.g., one-pagers, follow-up kits).
  • Report on campaign performance, generate insights, and optimize for engagement and ROI.

Experience:

  • Email Marketing Expertise (Core Requirement)
    • Hands-on experience with building and executing email campaigns.
    • Focus on bottom-funnel, conversion-oriented campaigns (not just newsletters or awareness).
    • Ability to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue through email campaigns.
    • Strong data-driven approach: segmentation, customer behaviour analysis, building lead lists.
    • Experience with reporting, optimization, and ongoing campaign performance improvements.
  • Performance Marketing Knowledge
    • Understanding of campaign metrics, A/B testing, ROI-driven strategies.
    • Familiarity with growth strategies beyond email, such as push notifications or in-app engagement.
  • Ad Tech Ecosystem Exposure
  • Knowledge of ad tech concepts, DSPs, SSPs, and publisher-side operations.
  • Ideally some experience with publishers (media, entertainment, CTV like Disney, Netflix, NYT).
  • At minimum, understanding of how ads are bought/sold and how to communicate ad products.
  • Familiarity with growth marketing platforms and tools (Braze, Iterable, HubSpot, Salesforce MC).
