We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Senior Analyst & Solution Architect to join our team and play a pivotal role in building a cutting-edge proactive engine solution.
This platform will be instrumental in identifying customer churn risks, optimizing user journeys, and ultimately enhancing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Year of overall IT Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python programming, data analysis and solution architecture.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing complex data-driven solutions.
- Expertise in BigQuery, including data modeling, querying, and scripting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in large datasets.
- Experience with machine learning concepts and familiarity with applying them to real-world problems (a plus).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A passion for innovation and a desire to build solutions that drive business value.
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience developing and deploying machine learning models
- Experience in a customer-centric environment
