Job Title: Risk Analyst


Location: Charlotte, NC


Work Arrangement: Hybrid


Client Industry: Banking Client


Duration: 12+ months


Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM



About the Role


This position needs 5 years+ experience working with Audit functions (internal and/or external) with an eye for risk analysis, preferably within a financial institution. The candidate must have strong analytical and communication skill and be able to work with tight deadlines. They must have experience presenting to Executive Leadership. The must also be a Critical Thinker and not afraid to challenge the status quo.



Job Description:


Must-Haves:



  • 5+ Years experience working within application hygiene and Risk area within financial services

  • Partner with Global Markets Tech application teams and executives to ensure consistent remediation of app hygiene related deliverables such as End of Life technology

  • EOL technology remediation planning, yearly budgeting, governance & controls, tracking, and process improvement

  • Establishes and builds relationships with a broad range of stakeholders within and outside of GMT

  • Represent GMT in various CTI & GIS routines

  • Provide rollout status, program scorecard, financials, and program health reports

  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes across app hygiene & Risk area, look for ways to reduce work effort and rework by establishing effective customizable and reusable processes that can be utilized across some of our programs (such as IAM)

  • Create plan of action for representing executive and application teams to front audit, targeted assessments, regulatory exams and MRA asks

  • Ability to make complex simple

  • Ability to build/maintain partnerships at the executive and senior management level, in a client driven environment and on a global scale

  • Excellent written, communications skill with an ability to manage conflict resolution

  • Individual contributor - Ability to work at different levels and execute individually

  • Strong MS Office skill (Excel and PPT)

Compensation


Hourly Rate: $60 to $62 per hour


This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
