Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy robust networking solutions that meet the specific needs of our enterprise.
- Manage and optimize networks to ensure high availability and performance.
- Implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware.
- Configure networking and routing protocols to enhance the connectivity and efficiency of the network.
- Lead network automation initiatives using Python and Ansible, aiming to reduce manual tasks and improve workflow efficiencies.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed.
- Collaborate with IT team members on cross-functional projects and innovations.
- Maintain documentation for network configurations, operations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Network Engineer with a strong focus on network infrastructure and security.
- Expertise in Cisco and Arista networking technologies.
- Hands-on experience with DMVPN and Cisco SD-WAN solutions.
- Proficient in network automation tools, specifically Python and Ansible.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight deadlines.
- Relevant certifications in networking such as CCNP or CCIE are preferred.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
Pay Range: $35.00 - $40.00 Hourly
