Zensar is seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Merchandising Techno functional lead. must have experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System implementation and consulting. This is fulltime role with Zensar, no remote option available.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System implementation and consulting.
  • Strong functional and implementation knowledge of Oracle RMS.
  • Expertise in integrating RMS with other IT systems such as Order Management, WMS, BI, Operations, Salesforce, POS, and Finance.
  • Retail RMS implementation experience is a must.
  • Familiarity with RMS Next Gen is a plus.
  • Strong Oracle PL/SQL skills.
  • Experience working with Mulesoft and Kafka is desired.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Positive attitude, strong sense of accountability, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to find answers to complex questions and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Exceptional documentation skills with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) and related modules including RIB, RICS, ReSA, ReHA, RIBEXT
  • Provide expert guidance and functional knowledge of Oracle RMS to team members and help businesses to resolve issues using RMS application, ensuring successful implementation and integration with other IT systems such as Order Management, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Business Intelligence (BI), Operations, Salesforce, POS, and Finance.
  • Drive GL integration from RMS to other Financial systems, understanding the end-to-end process and ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Item Expenses framework, including Ocean freight, country-level expenses, HTS, and export-related expenses.
  • Ability to independently manage and drive the RMS application, overseeing various functionalities including Items, PO creation, PO Outbound, Transfers, Adjustments ,Allocations, Uploads, Download functions within RMS, Managing Nightly jobs etc.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Apex application for custom development is a plus.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners across different departments including Planning, Finance, Transportation, Operations, and Technology, demonstrating strong business acumen and communication skills.
  • Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to drive initiatives and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance and innovate solutions.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by promoting teamwork, respect, and a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and responsibility in all aspects of work, from design to deployment.
  • Thoroughly document solution designs, configurations, and customizations to facilitate knowledge transfer and support future maintenance activities.
