Job Title: Adobe Campaign Migration Lead role
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+ months
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Migration Lead to drive and deliver end-to-end migration initiatives from legacy or on-premise marketing platforms to Adobe Campaign Classic or Adobe Campaign Standard. The ideal candidate will lead technical and functional migration activities, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure data integrity, campaign continuity, and minimal business disruption throughout the migration lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead end-to-end Adobe Campaign migration projects, including planning, execution, validation, and post-migration support.
· Migrate campaigns, workflows, schemas, data, and integrations from legacy platforms or older Adobe Campaign versions.
· Design and implement migration strategies (phased, parallel run, or big-bang approaches).
· Work closely with business, marketing, and analytics teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
· Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance during migration activities.
· Manage and coordinate onshore/offshore technical teams.
· Perform technical assessments and provide recommendations for platform optimization and best practices.
· Troubleshoot and resolve production and migration-related issues.
· Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation and migration runbooks.
· Support UAT, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
· Act as a subject-matter expert for Adobe Campaign during and after migration.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Standard.
· Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign migrations.
· Expertise in:
o Campaign workflows
o Data schemas
o ETL processes
o Message delivery (Email, SMS, Push)
· Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and Adobe Campaign scripting.
· Experience integrating Adobe Campaign with CRM, CDP, analytics, and third-party systems.
· Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and lifecycle campaigns.
· Experience working in remote, distributed teams.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
