Familiarity with healthcare payer systems and compliance frameworks (e.g., ITAR, NERC CIP)
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Own the ServiceNow platform strategy across enterprise programs, ensuring alignment with client goals and regulatory requirements.
Architecture Oversight: Lead solution design and enhancement activities, maintaining technical integrity and governance across all ServiceNow initiatives.
Transformation Advisor: Act as SME and thought leader for ServiceNow transformations, guiding clients through digital maturity and platform optimization.
Operational Excellence: Drive cost transparency and value tracking for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
Platform Stewardship: Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.
Client Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and develop strategic solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
