Follows established processes and procedures to analyze data, determine problem areas, and develop solutions. Utilizes established mathematical and scientific techniques to analyze data. Possesses extensive knowledgeable of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the analysis field. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish tasks. Can work as part of a team or independently and manages multiple tasks simultaneously

Skill Required:
- 3- 6+ yrs of progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), R or Python (statistical programming), Data visualization and Data manipulation
- Principal skill set includes ability to perform all stated/implied duties within this tier and those reasonably derived from preceding tiers
Education/Certifications
- BA or BS degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, marketing, finance, computer science or related field of study
- Advanced certifications as established/required per local, national and international industry standards or as necessitated by performance expectations associated with level of appointment
