RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a remote Senior SAP Production Planner to join their team. We are seeking a forward-thinking SAP professional to join our team in the SAP Manufacturing domain within the Core Supply Chain team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a functional SAP Manufacturing functional Subject Matter Resource (SMR) during project implementations; Facilitate design workshops and discussions, gather requirements and recommend S/4 HANA best practices tailored to client needs; Successfully guide the implementation of these solutions within client SAP ecosystems
* Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and associated modules, coupled with a strong business acumen
* Ensure high-quality client service, track project milestones, manage risks, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress and outcomes
* Build and maintain relationships with key client personnel at relevant levels
* Work with key stakeholders to understand their business and IT needs in the manufacturing and/or quality management space and advise on how SAP system capabilities can help address their pain points and gaps if not already available with standard solutions
* Initiate the requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, complete the workflow and documentation, as well as the functional design of the solution
* Liaise with the stakeholders and technical team to translate needs into business solutions and complete the configurations, customizations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of related work experience in a functional capacity with exposure to the SAP Production Planning (PP) module
* A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA systems, specifically within the SAP manufacturing domain
* Experience with configuration, master data and end to end understanding of the SAP PP module
* Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills as well as experience with delivering work products including but not limited to business process design documents and functional specification documents
* Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies
* A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
