Our enterprise client has a consulting opportunity for a Digital Production Consultant to help support the design, support, execution and delivery of digital communications, specifically with email marketing and communications, web content and user experience enhancements.

responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver digital assets including emails, landing pages, and other web-based content using HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript.
- Manage the full lifecycle of digital marketing campaigns: briefing, design, development, QA/testing, launch, and performance monitoring.
- Design and code responsive email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent ESP).
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across marketing, content, legal/compliance, and technology teams to meet project goals and timelines.
- Perform rigorous quality assurance and cross-browser/email client testing to ensure all digital assets function flawlessly.
- Contribute to performance tracking, campaign reporting, and recommendations based on analytics.

qualifications:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in digital production, email development, or digital marketing.
- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM/ESP platforms.
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS (HTML5 preferred); familiarity with JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with email development and testing tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid).
- Proficient with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
- Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress or equivalent).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
- Excellent time management, project tracking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, actionable insights.

- Familiarity with marketing automation workflows, personalization, and A/B testing strategies.
- Understanding of web accessibility, SEO principles, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Background in financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
