SAP Program Manager (Upgrade Project ECC to S/4HANA Private Cloud under SAP RISE)

Job Title: SAP Program Manager (Upgrade from ECC to Private Cloud under SAP RISE)
Location: Remote (PST Hours)

Role Summary:

We are seeking a technically strong SAP Program Manager to lead this strategic ECC 6.0 to S/4HANA transformation. The role requires deep hands-on expertise in solution architecture, especially around SAP Central Finance (cFIN), SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

The ideal candidate will have a blend of program management capabilities and technical leadership, and must have successfully led large-scale S/4HANA programs involving finance transformation, cloud integration, and enterprise analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver the full lifecycle of the SAP S/4HANA transformation program.
• Define and manage the program roadmap, key milestones, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Oversee and coordinate cross-functional delivery teams, vendors, and stakeholders (internal and external).
• Ensure alignment with RISE with SAP architecture principles, including clean core strategy.
• Own and drive architectural decisions across Finance, BTP, and Analytics platforms.
• Define the target architecture, integration points, and migration paths from ECC to S/4HANA.
• Manage the integration of 50+ upstream/downstream systems interfacing with S/4HANA.
• Collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, basis, and security teams to ensure compliance and technical readiness.
• Ensure a scalable, secure, and future-ready solution design aligned with enterprise standards.
• Coordinate across functional and technical teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration.
• Track and manage project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans.
• Deliver clear, concise status updates and program metrics using PowerPoint, Excel, JIRA, and reporting dashboards.
• Lead weekly program governance meetings and maintain strong executive stakeholder communication.

Must-Have Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP project management experience, including at least one full-cycle S/4HANA transformation.
• Proven experience in SAP Central Finance (cFIN), including SLT replication, AIF, cost object mapping, and source system integration.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP BTP: Integration Suite, Extension Suite, connectivity, authentication models (OAuth2.0, SAML).
• Familiarity with SAP Finance business processes (P2P, R2R, Asset Accounting, Master Data).
• Solid experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), including data modeling, story building, and live data integration.
• Exposure to SAP Datasphere, SAP MDG, and Blackline SmartClose.
• Excellent skills in documentation, reporting, and presentation (PowerPoint, Excel, burndown charts, dashboards).
• Proficiency with project tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
