Our client is seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, support services, and cybersecurity across all business units, including international operations. This hands-on leadership role ensures technology solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with broader business objectives. You'll partner closely with senior leadership to define and deliver a technical roadmap that supports business growth and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Technology Management (35%)
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute IT strategies that drive innovation and support long-term business goals, organizational objectives, and risk management.
- Manage enterprise-wide systems, networks, and applications, ensuring high availability, reliability, and performance. Provide after-hours support as needed.
- Proactively implement controls to address evolving cybersecurity threats and ensure compliance with relevant standards. Safeguard data integrity and protect company assets.
- Work cross-functionally to identify and deliver technology-driven process improvements, monitor industry trends, and recommend relevant solutions.
Team & Relationship Development (35%)
- Lead, mentor, and support the IT team-including infrastructure, support, and systems administration-while promoting a collaborative and customer-focused culture.
- Foster an environment that prioritizes professional growth and encourages a SMART, healthy workplace.
- Provide direct oversight of global IT operations, ensuring alignment with overall standards and strategies.
- Maintain strong relationships with international partners and ensure consistency in IT governance.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service-level agreements.
Budgeting, Policy, & Compliance (30%)
- Optimize IT budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and scalability. Ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices organization-wide.
- Lead internal and external IT audits, maintain audit readiness, and oversee documentation and remediation for regulatory and industry compliance (e.g., SOX, data privacy requirements).
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 7+ years of IT management experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity.
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams (particularly international operations) is a plus.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments (such as Azure) and business applications like ERP, CRM, O365, and data analytics tools (e.g., Netsuite, Salesforce).

- Strong project, change management, and process improvement skills.
- Exceptional communication skills across verbal, written, and presentation mediums.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for business audiences.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Lead experienced IT and systems professionals, demonstrating leadership across the organization.
Additional Details:
- Up to 10% travel required, domestically and internationally.
