  • Provide oversight and direction to Project Managers, project teams and teaming partners/subcontractors.
  • Manages and leads key programs involving multiple functions and program teams to drive the development process for multiple products or solution offerings.
  • Directs the development of overall program strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans, and general program requirements.
  • Manages activities of supporting program teams and internal and external development partners; ensures alignment with strategy.
  • Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with business unit management and manufacturing and development partners to recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to drive continuous improvement and manage program costs.
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.
  • Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.
  • SME knowledge of Retail and supply chain domain
  • Build high performing global delivery teams and lead internal network of leaders to deliver high quality services and secure repeat business
  • Establish effective management processes to ensure high quality delivery, client service and strong client relationships
  • Resolve difficult issues involving significant scope, schedule and or financial impact.
  • Strong experience with the global service delivery model
  • Understanding and thought leadership in technology, services and business trends and their direct and indirect impacts on the outcomes for retail and consumer Good companies
  • Candidates must have a proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels.
  • They must be comfortable presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders, and must be persuasive and influential
