Job Title: DevOps Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy applications to various cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
• Work with the Java React codebase for the application.
• Automate manual processes to improve efficiency.
• Manage Autosys jobs for scheduling and monitoring.
• Utilize Harness for streamlined deployments.
• Foster a positive team attitude and contribute to a collaborative work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Jenkins for continuous integration and continuous deployment.
• Experience with cloud deployments across any cloud provider.
• Strong understanding of Java React (used in the application codebase).
• Skilled in automation practices.
• Familiarity with Autosys for job control.
• Knowledge of Harness for efficient deployments.

Additional Context:

• You'll be part of a team working on an application that provides resiliency reporting and planning capabilities. The app uses a SQL backend, Java microservices deployed on an internal cloud, and a React frontend. Currently, it's in the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase, and your role will involve bringing it into production.
• As an Azure shop, experience with Azure services is a plus.
