Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical clients to lead the migration from Beeline to SAP Fieldglass. The role will focus primarily on Purchasing and Procurement operations, ensuring a smooth transition while maintaining compliance with regulated industry standards.

The Project Manager will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and successful adoption of SAP Fieldglass across procurement and contingent workforce processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Beeline to SAP Fieldglass migration project from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and budgets

  • Partner closely with Purchasing, Procurement, Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors

  • Oversee requirements gathering, gap analysis, and solution design aligned with SAP Fieldglass capabilities

  • Ensure procurement workflows such as requisitions, approvals, supplier onboarding, rate cards, SOWs, and invoicing are accurately migrated

  • Manage data migration, system integration testing (SIT), UAT, and cutover activities

  • Ensure adherence to Life Sciences regulatory and compliance requirements (GxP, SOX, audit controls, data privacy)

  • Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans

  • Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and executive updates

  • Drive change management, training coordination, and user adoption

  • Coordinate with SAP Fieldglass implementation partners and managed service providers (MSPs)

  • Ensure minimal business disruption and successful go-live stabilization

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within Life Sciences or Pharmaceuticals

  • Hands-on experience managing VMS implementations or migrations, specifically Beeline and/or SAP Fieldglass

  • Strong understanding of Purchasing and Procurement processes

  • Experience working in regulated environments

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional and global teams

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills

  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, etc.)
