About the Role:
Provide functional expertise in SAP modules related to Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Materials Management to optimize business processes and ensure seamless operations. We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant with expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules related to Purchasing, Supply Chain Management (SCM), Inventory Management (IM) and Materials Management (MM). The person will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing and configuring SAP solutions, and driving process improvements across procurement and supply chain operations while supporting system enhancements to ensure large volume operational efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Lead, Configure and support SAP modules for Procurement, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Planning, and related areas in SAP S/4 Hana environment.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline workflows within SAP.
- Develop functional specifications for customizations and enhancements.
- Define and manage master data for materials, vendors, and purchasing conditions.
- Conduct testing, provide user training, and troubleshoot issues in SCM-related processes.
- Should be able to work with tower leaders, project owners and ensure timely progress and updates are made.
Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP SCM ( PP, IM, MM), with a focus on purchasing, inventory, or related modules.
- Should have completed atleast one full life cycle implementation project on S/4 Hana.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes, materials management, and procurement best practices,
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Retail Domain in Mandatory
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field and/or equivalent work experience
