As a Senior Software Development Engineer within the Salesforce Platform Enablement & Operations under the PSS IT - Customer Experience organization at CVS Health, you will be focused on the on the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the Salesforce platform, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery, platform stability, while also potentially designing and maintaining internal platforms for governing and maintaining Salesforce.

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is:
$101,970.00 - $203,940.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.

Required Qualifications
- 5 + years of total IT experience with at least 3 years of Salesforce project development experience including:
- Strong Salesforce customization and configuration experience (at least 1 or more of the following five Salesforce modules: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, Salesforce Experience Cloud, and knowledge).
- Experience in UI technologies like JavaScript, Lightning Design System, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience using Salesforce configuration and customizations using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes etc.
- Experience and knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle, DevOps, and Deployment tools such as GIT, Github Actions, Jenkins, Rally, AutoRabit, Change Sets and VS Code.
- Proven integration experience using integration techniques - REST, SOAP APIs, oAuth and Single Sign-On.
- Experience with code reviews, leading teams, or projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- 10+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline
- Certification in the following areas - Certified Platform Developer I, Certified Platform Developer II, Certified Administrator, Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and bugs related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
- Ability to multi-task & support multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enjoy being consultative and cross functional.
Experienced with Agile framework and program delivery best practices
