Salesforce CPQ Developer

We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Developer with 5+ years of Salesforce experience and at least 2 years of CPQ experience to design, develop, and implement solutions that optimize our client's sales processes and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be skilled in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with a passion for leveraging technology to deliver innovative solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and implement customizations using Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).

• Develop and maintain Salesforce CPQ functionality, including product configuration, pricing rules, discounting, and quoting processes, to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency.
  


• Customize CPQ workflows, approvals, and document generation templates to automate sales processes and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  


• Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions to enable seamless data exchange and end-to-end business processes.
  


• Design and implement custom Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to extend the functionality of Salesforce CPQ and address complex business requirements.
  


• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of Salesforce CPQ solutions.
  


• Provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to internal teams and external clients, helping them maximize the value of Salesforce CPQ and achieve their business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.


• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong background in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  


• 2+ years of experience specifically in Salesforce CPQ, including configuration, customization, and integration.
  


• Salesforce Developer certification (Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II) is required; additional certifications such as Salesforce CPQ Specialist are a plus.


• Proven track record of successful Salesforce CPQ implementations, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet business requirements and drive measurable results.
  


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  


• Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date on emerging technologies and best practices in Salesforce and CPQ.
