Role: Program Delivery Manager (P&C Insurance)
Location: Columbus, OH (Work from Office)
Experience: 12-15 years
Salary: $140K (H1B candidates also considered)
Job Description:
- 8+ years of experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance delivery management
- Strong knowledge of P&C Insurance and ability to represent the organization effectively
- Delivery experience on Guidewire platform is a plus
- Proven project management or delivery experience, ideally with new line of business setup with customers
- Familiarity with agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Manage cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services meeting quality standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Identify and resolve potential delivery impediments
- Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Use agile methodologies to drive project success
