The Opportunity
Frame.io, an Adobe Company, is changing the future of how content is made by helping over 1 million creative professionals seamlessly collaborate from all over the world. We have built a product creatives recognize and admire through constant innovation and incredible attention to detail.
Frame.io's Partnerships team is seeking a Senior Developer Relations Engineer to support our partners and customers with applications of Frame.io's brand new V4 API. The person in this role will use their experience with and knowledge of production and post-production technology and workflow, software engineering, and developer pipelines to work with the broader Partnerships team, the Support team, and the Go To Market team to support, onboard, and educate Frame.io partners and grow the Frame.io integration ecosystem. This role will also work closely with the Developer Platform team to advise, test, and implement Frame.io's API.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $91,500 -- $172,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

What you'll do
- Work directly with Frame.io's partners to provide the guidance and tools they need to build best-in-class integrations for Frame.io V4
- Provide white-glove troubleshooting and support for Frame.io partners
- Lead developer programs and act as a subject matter expert for Frame.io partners
- Work with the Developer Platform team on documentation, sample code, API improvements, and developer experience
- Be the voice of our partners to the Developer Platform and other product teams within Frame.io
- Foster an inclusive developer community through direct interaction on our community platform and in-person engagements such as meetings, tradeshows, and networking events
- Work with strategic partners to expand and improve integration ecosystem
- Enable internal teams (Support, Go To Market, etc) on API features, best practices, and integrations
What you need to succeed
- Working knowledge of a full range of post-production technologies, software, and standards
- Working knowledge of REST APIs, common scripting and query languages (eg Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc), and software development workflows and tools
- Knowledge of other languages a plus: Elixir, GraphQL, C++, GO, Rust
- Experience with web and cloud technologies and standards such as AWS, OAuth, OpenAPI, etc
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Knowledgeable of technical troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts
