Job Details

Technical Support Specialist Qualifications/Skills:

  • Requires a bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years in a technical support role, preferably in a Healthcare setting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving interface-related issues, such as connectivity, data integrity, or performance.
  • The ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to non-technical employees.
  • Software maintenance and testing capability.
  • Knowledge of Cloverleaf Interface Engine is a plus.
  • Understanding of network protocols, such as TCP/IP, HTTP, or FTP.
  • Knowledge of script languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, C#, etc.

Monitoring: Keeping track of computer system performance and reporting issues

Maintenance: Performing daily maintenance and monitoring tasks for computer systems

Documentation: Creating technical documentation and reference materials for users

Communication: Responding to inquiries, calls, emails, and chat messages

Coordination: Working with other teams, such as the service desk, to resolve issues

Escalation: Referring difficult cases to senior support staff
