ESTO provides dedicated support by eliminating quality notifications, escapes, works stops and enabling producibility and delivery of legacy and new parts, assemblies, modules, and engines. ESTO covers all engine programs and part families, enabling engine deliveries, first piece reviews, first article inspections, analysis automation, process certification. ESTO also supports the Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) initiative in Operations. Technical disciplines in ESTO include Project Engineering, Mechanical Design, Structural Analysis, Product Definition, and Manufacturing Engineering.
This position is classified as hybrid. Please ensure this role type (defined below) is appropriate for your needs before applying to this role. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process.
Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

What You Will Do
- Provide direction and coordination of ESTO and other resources as required to integrate solutions for production engineering technical issues.
- Support and respond to production requests for engineering action.
- Planning and execution of engineering tasks per technical requirements.
- English (read, write, speak) is required when communicating with customers, co-workers, or supervisors who only speak English
Qualifications You Must Have
- Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, Civil and Industrial Engineering
- Minimum GPA of 3.0
