SAP Change Management Consultant Remote Fulltime
Job Description
Basic Qualifications:
At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
Preferred Qualifications:
We will require a consultant having 7+ years of experience in SAP Change Management lead . The Individual will require to have following skills:
Experience in Managing Change Management in large scale SAP Implementation
Experience in STMS/Charm Setup
Configure STMS for new systems
Check STMS config after the system upgrade and refresh
Setup ChaRM for new systems and workflows
Maintain Charm landscape and adjust change cycles if any systems changed or removed
Configure Managed System Configuration
Perform SolMan Setup
Support system upgrade and adjust ChaRM config accordingly
Experience in SAP Systems and Path to Production , N+ 1 systems Setup
Configure Charm landscape for N+1
Enable / disable charm landscape based on usability of the landscape
Retrofit TRs from Maintenance landscape to Project Landscape
Move TRs using project landscape when Maintenance landscape is down
Experience in Transport Setup and managing transport
Setup and adjust transport routes
Monitor Transport buffer and clear out errorneous TRs from the buffer
Support all SAP and non SAP system transport movement for Prod and Non Prod systems
Perform Retrofit for project and maintenance landscape
Supporting SAP Development Group for Change Mgmt / Transports Request using Charm
Support ChaRM related activities like creating change doc, sync with Remedy, adjust charm workflow status, setup TR import jobs
Provide process related support
Approve UCRs and process them
Monitor WO to cancel or close any CRQs or Change documents
Withdraw change docs and remove TRs from the buffer for cancelled CRQs
Update daily report for DOR meeting
Host SAP CAB Meeting with Client stake holders , MSO O& M Teams, Project Teams
Help Change Management team to run CAB meeting for weekly releases
Make sure all the reports are ready for CAB
Address any issues or concerns related to TR movement or approval during the CAB meeting
Approve changes during the cab
Validate all the approved changes after the CAB
Send communication to all the users after CAB regarding what has been approved
Manage Weekly and Monthly SAP Release ,UCR
Validate all the approved changes to make sure they are on right status in Charm and Remedy
Validate Transports to make sure they are ready to go in Production
Check STMS buffer to make sure only approved changes goes in production
Adjust the status of charm document if required
Setup TR import jobs
Send communication to all users with complete list of TR that supposed to go in Prod as weekly release
Monitor TR Import and send communication once the import is completed
Address any issues during the import and after the import
Open / Close systems for manual work if the CRQ is approved by CAB.
Close all the change documents after the import .Close all the CRQs
Manage Audit Trails
Support SOX Audit / Compliance:
Create and maintain Change management process control documentation
Provide all the Charm and Remedy related evidence to internal and external audit
Make sure all the systems are consistent and follows SOX rules
Perform live testing in systems with Audit team to show the SOX related evidence
Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
Capable of managing large group meetings effectively for arriving at the outcomes
Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced excel based data analysis
Ability to work with Onsite/offshore teams o&M and Project team and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
Ability to work with client stake holders from IT , Business stake holder
