Work Requirement: 100% On-site 5 days per week required (Seattle, WA)
Top Required Skills
  • Must be local to the greater Seattle, WA area and have the ability to work on-site 5 days per week.
  • 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
  • 3+ years of software development experience
  • 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
  • AWS experience preferred

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS
  • 5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
  • Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million-dollar businesses and reporting to top leadership

What We Are Needing
  • We are looking for a motivated Technical Program Manager with the desire and talent to contribute to our vision.
  • As a Sr Technical Manager of the Identity team, you will take the Authentication charter to next level.
  • This role is cross-functional and requires a strong ability to think big and influence teams across the client.
  • You should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and display high levels of bias for action and ownership.
  • You will be required to understand the different use cases work with engineering teams to find and fine tune the solutions work with top management to evangelize and drive adoption and share reports with executives.
  • You must possess strong verbal and written communication skills be self-driven and deliver high quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Own programs with significant complexity with broad cross-organizational and/or deep architectural impact.
  • Drive large engineering efforts that solve significantly difficult problems
  • Identify risks/opportunities in technical strategies architectures in engineering organization structures.
  • Scope plan, implement and deliver projects and programs and collaborate with program managers and top leaders to align with strategic vision and goals
  • Drive projects cross functionally build partnerships with other organizations and work proactively with business teams to ensure security objectives are met
  • Integrate information security into organizational development and processes
  • Establish metrics and regular reporting mechanisms
  • Support deep dive assessments and ad-hoc data analysis requests
  • Deliver findings recommendations and remediation steps for all activities

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr.
