Job Summary: Design and operate automation, observability, and integration capabilities that
improve the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure and services. You will act
as a force multiplier for the team, bridging the gap between operations and engineering through
code and standardized processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Automation & Systems Enablement:
● Design, build, and maintain automation for infrastructure operations and workflow
orchestration using Python (utilizing low/no-code solutions where appropriate).
● Deliver reusable automation patterns, scripts, and toolchains that reduce manual toil and
mitigate operational risk.
● Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
Reliability & Observability:
● Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to improve service
health, availability, and performance.
● Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive long-term
reliability improvements.
● Adhere to documented change control procedures, leading peer reviews, risk
assessments, and rollback planning.
● Support the scalability and resilience of core services through performance tuning and
proactive risk reduction.
Delivery & Collaboration:
● Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions with measurable KPIs.
● Communicate status and risks, maintain system documentation, support escalations,
and mentor teammates on best practices.
● Drive incident response and resolution by triaging alerts, troubleshooting service issues,
documenting actions taken, and contributing to post-incident reviews.
Qualifications:
● 3–5 years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Infrastructure Automation role.
● Strong scripting/coding skills with a focus on software development best practices and
Git version control.
● Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible,
CloudFormation).
● Proven experience designing and operating APIs/integrations (REST, webhooks,
event-driven patterns).

● Hands-on cloud experience with AWS and modern authentication/security principles.
Preferred Qualifications:
● SaaS Integrations: In-depth understanding of SaaS deployment models and experience
integrating cloud-based business solutions (Salesforce, Google Workspace, or Microsoft
Office 365).
● Database Management: Experience with DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and
query optimization.
● DevOps Practices: Demonstrated experience implementing and managing CI/CD
pipelines and automation workflows.
● IAM: Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems, including
SSO/SAML integration with cloud platforms.
● Project Management: Proficiency with tracking tools such as Jira to manage tasks and
report progress.
● Incident Response: Experience with handling degradation or outages, root cause
analysis, and long-term remediation.
