We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Admin/Developer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. Responsibilities

  • Configure Salesforce objects, custom fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to support business operations and enhance user experience.
  • Administer user profiles, roles, access policies, and permission sets to maintain a secure and efficient Salesforce environment.
  • Perform ongoing system maintenance, including data imports, exports, and quality assurance activities to ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop, schedule, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable business intelligence and support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other enterprise service resources to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot production issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business processes.
  • Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components, and integrations with third-party platforms.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous integration/deployment processes to maintain high standards of code quality and reliability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a multi-agency or enterprise environment, with demonstrated proficiency in configuration and security management.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, data management tools (such as Data Loader), and declarative automation.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and Lightning Web Components, with hands-on experience developing custom solutions.
  • Experience implementing and troubleshooting REST/SOAP API integrations and callouts; familiarity with MuleSoft and basic API concepts is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (such as Github or Azure DevOps).
  • Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and best practices for scalable, secure development.
  • Ability to work effectively in an Agile/Scrum environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with a commitment to continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or Marketing Cloud Administrator certification is preferred; awareness of trends in AI as they relate to technical disciplines is a plus.

Pay Range: $55.00 - $70.00 Hourly
This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
