Job Details
Overview:
- The Marketing Analyst Deposit Products plays a key role in driving growth and profitability across deposit product portfolios such as checking and high yield savings.
- This role supports campaign planning, measurement, and optimization across the entire marketing funnel from brand-building to acquisition and customer engagement and retention.
- The analyst will synthesize data across brand and performance media, partnerships, and lifecycle marketing programs (e.g. email, push) to help optimize marketing investments and improve customer outcomes throughout the deposit relationship journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze marketing performance across deposit products to uncover insights that improve efficiency, conversion, and growth.
- Design and measure incrementality and match market tests to evaluate the impact of marketing channels and campaigns.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Quicksight and Power BI to visualize funnel performance from site visits through account funding and retention.
- Partner with analytics and media teams to ensure accurate data tracking, attribution, and performance measurement across acquisition channels.
- Translate campaign and channel results into clear recommendations for targeting, creative, and investment optimization.
- Maintain a structured test-and-learn roadmap and deliver analysis that supports continuous performance improvement.
- Work with the lifecycle marketing team to measure and enhance onboarding, engagement, and activation journeys for deposit customers.
- Evaluate how lifecycle communications influence account growth, balance lift, and engagement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure analytics insights align with broader business objectives.
- Clearly communicate findings, trends, and recommendations to leadership and key stakeholders.

Location:
- Hybrid position in Boston, MA
- 2 days a week onsite, 3 days a week remote
- No opportunity for fully remote candidates
Must-Have Experience:
- 3 years of experience in marketing data and analytics
- Strong understanding of digital marketing data, campaign strategy, and execution
- Experience with deposit product data
- Proficiency in SQL Server (query writing)
- Dashboarding experience with Power BI and AWS QuickSight
- Experience in AB test design and evaluation
- Working knowledge of Python
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
- Prior experience in financial services, preferably banking or fintech
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and adobe Analytics
- Experience with multi-touch attribution and marketing mix modelling
- Experience in fintech or commercial banking
- Exposure to tag management systems
- Understanding of identity graph concepts
