• Workflows: Analyze Existing Workflows/processes which create credit memos - considering analysis largely completed; recent issues primarily all due to cancellation date
• Workflows: Detail: Credit Memos from Churn Manager cancellation amendment - correct issue with incorrect cancellation date on cancel amendments causing improper credit memos.
• Workflows: Monitor Results from Cleanup effort - lightweight temporary monitoring to ensure no new invalid/unapplied CMs

Cleanup: Write off Unpaid invoices or partially paid invoices

• Identify list of invoices/accounts ( )

• Includes digital customers/invoices

• Includes old Direct/Partner invoices that have transferred to Oracle but remain open in Zuora

• Write off invoice, by creating and applying credit memo to the invoice. ( )

• Cancel subscription(s) if still active ( )
