Job Title: Business Analyst with Scrum Master (Banking or Mortgage client exp )
Contract : Long Term Contract
Location: (Remote ) USA
Scrum Master Duties
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and PI Planning.
- Ensure the team follows Lean-Agile principles and SAFe practices.
- Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
- Track and communicate team progress, velocity, and key metrics.
- Support release planning, backlog grooming, and continuous improvement.
Business Analyst Duties
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for RMP and Phixius projects.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications, Epics and user stories.
- Conduct analysis to identify and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in prioritizing the product backlog and ensuring clarity for development teams.
- Maintain alignment between business goals and technical deliverables.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience as Scrum Master and Business Analyst in Agile environments.
- Strong understanding of SAFe Agile principles and frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and distributed teams (onshore/offshore).
- Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills.
