Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP MRP (Material Requirements Planning) Change Management Specialist to support our SAP transformation and ongoing business initiatives. The role focuses on leading change management activities related to SAP MRP implementations, enhancements, and process optimizations. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders, IT, and end-users to ensure smooth adoption of new SAP functionalities, process improvements, and organizational changes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead change management strategy and execution for SAP MRP-related initiatives, ensuring successful adoption across business units.
- Partner with business stakeholders, supply chain, production planning, procurement, and IT teams to assess the impact of MRP changes on business processes.
- Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users and super-users.
- Create and maintain documentation such as change impact assessments, training materials, communication plans, and user guides.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and secure alignment for process and system changes.
- Conduct readiness assessments and monitor adoption metrics to ensure changes are embedded in business operations.
- Provide expert-level functional support for SAP MRP, including troubleshooting, process enhancements, and system configuration guidance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end process alignment across demand planning, procurement, production, and inventory management.
- Support testing activities (UAT, regression, integration) and validate that changes meet business requirements.
- Act as the change advocate to foster a culture of continuous improvement and system adoption.
Professional Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 4+ years focused on MRP (Material Requirements Planning).
- Strong expertise in SAP MM/PP modules and integration with MRP processes.
- Proven track record in change management, training, and stakeholder engagement for SAP projects.
- Knowledge of organizational change management (OCM) methodologies such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into system and training solutions.
