Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and closing of projects, including operational and IT initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and external vendors, to ensure project alignment and success.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful implementation of project outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate and improve project processes and methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- PMP or similar project management certification.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Must be located in Hawai'i.
