Job Title: Sales Cloud / ATS Solution Architect

Location: [Remote], Type: Contract

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Cloud / ATS Solution Architect to lead the design, integration, and delivery of scalable enterprise CRM and talent systems. This role will focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Applicant Tracking System (ATS) implementation, ensuring architecture excellence, seamless integrations, and long-term platform sustainability.

The Sales Cloud Architect will be responsible for assessing the current Sales Cloud health, architecture, and technical debt; establishing a technical roadmap for its evolution by balancing immediate maintenance needs with long-term strategic enhancements. This includes designing scalable solutions for new business requirements, ensuring data integrity, managing integrations, and enforcing governance. The architect will guide the development team to optimize performance, reduce complexity, and ensure the platform continues to deliver value as sales processes evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and optimize existing Sales Cloud architecture and integrations.
  • Define and execute a technical roadmap for platform evolution.
  • Design and implement scalable, secure Sales Cloud and ATS solutions.
  • Lead configuration, customization, data migration, and UAT activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align technology with strategy.
  • Establish governance, release management, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Mentor technical teams to maintain performance and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation, including 3+ as a Solution Architect.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and ATS platforms (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, SuccessFactors).
  • Proficiency in system integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of data models, governance, and performance optimization.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
  • Salesforce certifications preferred (Application or System Architect).

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (Master s preferred).
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of experience in enterprise system implementation and architecture.
    • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud design, configuration, and customization.
    • Proven experience integrating Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Bullhorn, Greenhouse, or SuccessFactors.
    • Demonstrated ability to assess system health, manage technical debt, and establish technical roadmaps.
