Department Overview: Leads the strategy for provider data as a core digital capability, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and alignment across clinical, operational, and patient-facing systems. Supports enterprise identity management, provider matching, and interoperability to enhance reliability and patient trust in digital experiences
Highly Preferred Skills:
Experience in healthcare data product management or provider information systems, ideally with exposure to provider data as a strategic product .
Proven ability to co-develop and govern provider data capabilities in partnership with operational, digital, and technical stakeholders.
Deep knowledge of provider data integrity, identity management, and interoperability frameworks across clinical and patient-facing systems.
Experience leading data-driven initiatives that enhance accuracy, reliability, and alignment across enterprise systems (Epic, CRM, digital platforms, etc.).

Job Description
Manages research and development initiatives, overseeing the design, development, and qualification of new and existing software and hardware products. Provides technical leadership and strategic direction, driving innovation and ensuring alignment with overall product roadmap and business strategy.
Job Responsibility
1.Collaborates with business stakeholders in multiple departments to establish a strategic product roadmap.
2.Leads cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch, from concept to commercialization. Evaluates product performance and oversees the transition from development through market release.
3.Defines service scope and parameters, collaborating with planning roles, relationship managers, and capacity planners to forecast demand and ensure adequate resource allocation.
4.Determines product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature enhancements, maintenance releases, and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
5.Serves as a technical expert and advisor to the product organization, leading research and prototyping effors for innovative technologies and products.
6. Ensures alignment between the engineering technology roadmap and the overall product/business roadmap.
7.Acts as a primary technical liaison for clients, addressing complex integration issues, custom development requests, and product requirements. Oversees major releases, ensuring feature enhancements align with customer needs and market demands.
8. Drives product delivery by managing schedules, resources, and tasks across all development phases. Creates user documentation and corrdinates end user training.
9.Tracks and analyzes key product erformance metrics to inform strategic decisions. Identifies and evaluates market opportunities for product expansion.
10.Provides technical guidance and support to product development team or to product managers on best practices.
11.Operates under limited guidance and work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
12. Regularly exercises independent judgment on matters of significance including selecting methods, techniques for obtaining results, and making recommendations.
