Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI/UX design, product strategy, and user research. They will lead the design process from discovery to development, creating innovative and user-centric solutions that drive business goals

Job Description

• Lead Design Projects: Oversee the end-to-end design process for various high-profile projects, ensuring a seamless user experience and alignment with business objectives.
• User Research & Testing: Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and intuitive user experience.
• Product Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, prioritize features, and develop product roadmaps.
• Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain design systems, ensuring scalability and consistency across all products.
• Data Visualization: Design interactive data visualization dashboards to help clients make informed, data-driven decisions.
• Workshops & Training: Develop and facilitate design workshops, and provide training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.

Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Suite, Framer, and Miro.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. o Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
