Job Description:

We are seeking a Site Reliability Product Manager with expert-level experience in managing and enhancing the reliability of our systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology, particularly in product management, system reliability, and monitoring. This includes a deep understanding of network fundamentals, cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, and hybrid setups. Expert-level knowledge of network security and monitoring is essential, and experience in reliability engineering within a financial setting is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for site reliability, focusing on system availability, scalability, and performance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams, system administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Feature Prioritization: Prioritize reliability features based on business value, customer impact, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research on market trends, competitor reliability solutions, and user feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Communication and Leadership: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, build consensus, and lead the site reliability process with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and solve technical challenges and roadblocks in site reliability, ensuring a smooth and efficient product development process.
  • Roadmap Development: Create and manage comprehensive site reliability roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market needs.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure reliability solutions meet quality standards and deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and analyze system reliability performance, identifying areas for improvement and iteration to enhance product offerings.
  • Tools & Technologies: Experience with SPLUNK and AI technologies is a plus.
