Position: Peoplesoft Functional Analyst - HCM
Location: Washington DC (Hybrid/50% onsite)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Description:
Highly skilled and experienced Functional Analyst with strong expertise in PeopleSoft, including core HR, Recruiting, Base Benefits, Employee and Manager Self Service, and Profile Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of database concepts and proficient querying skills, paired with advanced knowledge of HR business processes and project management.
You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our HCM system. This includes managing application access, generating reports, and maintaining seamless interfaces with other business systems to meet both current and future organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the implementation of new vendor integrations and oversee changes to existing integrations (eHR, Personify, new Benefits offerings, etc.).
Manage changes to existing processes due to policy changes, CAP or other (ie new leave policy)
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integrations with external vendors such as Businessolver.
Participate in data cleanup efforts, including updates to the location table, address records, providers and contractor information.
Resolve data conversion issues during system migrations or updates.
Assist with data conversion validation.
Create and test queries as needed
Provide backup support in the manager s absence, ensuring continuity of operations.
Provide support with report testing in support of conversion effort.
Conduct analysis and testing for process improvement initiatives.
Support management of contractors records in the system
Assist in the documentation of business processes, configurations, and system modifications.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and end-user training sessions.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years experience supporting end users in payroll department.
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting multiple Kronos Time Keeping
Strong knowledge of time keeping principles and experience with payroll data analysis.
Extensive experience with creating and managing complex analytical reports.
Demonstrated experience supporting Kronos employee time and leave issues.
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in information systems, or related field.
Experience with Kronos WFC 8 and UKG Pro Workforce Management
Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools
Preferred Skills:
Progression in CFA or other finance professional certifications.
Experience with PeopleSoft 9.1 and Oracle cloud
Familiarity with integration tools and reporting tools
Familiarity with PeopleSoft Project Costing module
