Description: Our client is currently seeking a Data Engineer
Remote with Travel to Long Beach, CA OR Hybrid in Long Beach, CA
Job Description: The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, particularly with hands-on experience using ADF (Azure Data Factory) and Python within the Snowflake environment. Proficiency in SNOWSQL and SQL scripting is critical, including the ability to write and manage stored procedures and develop full ETL pipelines.

Job Description: The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Snowflake, particularly with hands-on experience using ADF (Azure Data Factory) and Python within the Snowflake environment. Proficiency in SNOWSQL and SQL scripting is critical, including the ability to write and manage stored procedures and develop full ETL pipelines.
Key Technical Requirements:
- Snowflake: Extensive experience with Snowflake architecture, SQL scripting, stored procedures, and managing data workflows.
- ADF (Azure Data Factory): Must be highly skilled in building and managing pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and orchestration.
- Azure Cloud Platform: Azure experience is mandatory. Strong understanding of Azure services related to data engineering is required.
- Python: Must be highly proficient in Python, particularly for data transformation and automation within Snowflake and Azure.
- SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services): Familiarity or hands-on experience with SSIS for additional data integration tasks is preferred.
- Azure DevOps: Experience working with Azure DevOps for CI/CD, deployment pipelines, and version control is a plus.
Additional Search Guidance:
- Candidates must have a strong background in all scripting related to data movement and transformation.
- Must be comfortable building complex ETL frameworks.
- Emphasis on candidates who can operate aggressively and independently in fast-paced environments.
- We need to pivot searches towards candidates who can check all these boxes and be hyper-aggressive in targeting high-caliber engineers quickly.
