Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Consultant with Payroll Certification to support Workday Human Capital Management implementations and ongoing enhancements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence modules, with a strong understanding of business processes and system configuration.

This role focuses on supporting enterprise Workday environments, collaborating with functional teams, and ensuring accurate payroll and time-related operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Workday HCM modules including Payroll, Time Tracking, and Absence

  • Provide functional expertise for payroll processing, validations, and issue resolution

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions

  • Support testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities

  • Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies

  • Assist with documentation and ongoing system optimization
