Position Title: Marketing Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Marketing Operations Manager is a strategic role focused on optimizing marketing efforts through technology, processes, and data. This role ensures that marketing campaigns are efficient, effective, and aligned with business goals. This includes managing the marketing technology stack, overseeing marketing automation, analyzing campaign performance, and managing the marketing budget.

Essential Functions:
  • Technology Management : Overseeing and optimizing the marketing technology stack (e.g., CRM, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools).
  • Process Optimization : Developing and implementing efficient marketing workflows and processes.
  • Data Management and Analysis : Managing data collection, storage, analysis, and reporting to track campaign performance and inform decision-making.
  • Budget Management: Overseeing the marketing budget and ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with other departments (e.g., Sales, IT, Product) to align marketing efforts and ensure smooth execution.
  • Strategy Implementation: Ensuring marketing campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and strategies.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting : Monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and other relevant policies.

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other relevant marketing technologies.
  • Ability to analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is typically required

Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
