Requirement #1 Job Title: Workday Security Lead Location : Atlanta, GA / Charlotte, NC and Raleigh, NC (Onsite only) Job Type: Contract only W2

Job Description:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams.
3-5 years of Workday Security experience across HCM. Strong hands-on knowledge of Workday security modules-including domain security policies , business process security policies , security group , user based assignments.
Proven experience configuring and maintaining Workday Security roles, including new role creating and dynamic groups.
The ability to execute your individual tasks with limited supervision and manage your time effectively and record it accurately.
Responsible for planning, designing, configuring, and testing solution options in Workday Adaptive Planning, ensuring alignment with organizational workforce planning strategies and policies.
Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend appropriate solutions and business process workflows.
Familiarity with Technology Development Life Cycle (TDLC) and Agile product delivery frameworks, as well as tools such as Rally, to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration.
Security Implementation : Assist in design , implementation and management of security controls for Workday environment. Ensure security configuration is robust and effective .
Incident Response : Assist in the investigation and response to security incidents related to Workday environments. Participate in root cause analysis and remediation efforts.
SOX Compliance: Support SOX audit activities by ensuring Workday security controls are in place and functioning as intended. Prepare documentation and evidence to demonstrate compliance with SOX requirements.
Stay informed about latest security trends and best practices.
Build non-functional monitoring capabilities and provide escalated support for highly complex applications in production.
Build in and maintain security controls and processes, monitoring in support of company standards.

Job Description:
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR Technology projects and teams.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Prism.
Hands-on experience with building Prism pipelines, data transformations, and managing high volumes of data within the Workday Prism Analytics platform.
Proficiency in data blending, joins and relationship modeling in Prism.
Strong understanding of Workday core HCM, Workday security.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adopt to frequent changes.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Description:
8-10 years of experience in HR Technology or application management.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday.
Seasoned Human Capital Systems (HR) Technical Lead to provide technical leadership and oversight for a team of developers supporting complex Workday and HR Technology initiatives.

Job Description:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as HR Analyst with focus on Workday.
Strong functional knowledge across multiple Workday domains.
Experience gathering and interpreting business requirements, translating them into technical specifications, supporting test planning and execution with some hands-on involvement.
Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate closely with both business and technology teams on complex HRIS initiatives.
Agile delivery experience needed.
Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and implement process improvements.

Job Description:
5+ years of HR systems experience, with at least 3 years focused on Workday Compensation.
Proven experience leading Workday Compensation implementations or major enhancements.
Strong knowledge of compensation structures, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Workday Pro certification or Partner Certification in Compensation (preferred but not always required).
Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of the Workday Compensation module, including base pay, merit, bonus, and advanced compensation plans.
